VC NAUB RECEIVES CAN EXECUTIVE BIU CHAPTER ON COURTESY VISIT

The Vice-Chancellor of Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB), Prof. Lawan Bala Buratai, received the newly elected executives of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Biu Chapter on a courtesy visit aimed at familiarizing themselves with the university management.

Prof. Buratai congratulated the new leadership, reaffirmed NAUB’s commitment to fairness and inclusivity in admissions and recruitment, and reiterated a zero-tolerance policy for religious conflict.

The VC also assured the delegation of his administration’s zero-tolerance stance on religious intolerance, emphasizing that the university remains a safe haven and will not accommodate religious crisis of any kind.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, the leader, SP. AP. Olorundare Z.A., expressed appreciation to the university management for the warm reception. He highlighted the importance of fostering collaboration between CAN and the university to enhance youth education and empowerment within the community, concluding with prayers for continued wisdom for the university leadership.
